Late 1800's solid 14K Pink Gold Pocket Watch. Intricate Green, Yellow, and Pink Gold front and back detail work and fine old cut gem stones. Federal style stars on cover. Porcelain Enamel dial. The case on this watch is really a work of fine art housing a high grade lever set watch mechanism. The workmanship is top of the line with elements of 3 separate gold colors and deep chasing and engraving work. Truly a collector’s item. Can be worn by a man as a pocket watch or a woman as a pendant watch. For many years in the early days of Tiffany & Co Agassiz movements were used for Tiffany & Co and other fine house watch makers. Their movements have always been considered top of the line, especially in the early years.
