Sapphire and diamond pendant. Four deep blue oval sapphires set in an 18k white gold circle setting. The sapphires are enhanced by a halo of round cut white diamonds. The bezel is also accented with round cu diamonds. The GIA randomly tested one stone and graded it as natural with simple heat. There is a hallmark with the EJ inside.
