This ring is a masterpiece, where the vibrant blue-violet hue of the octagonal tanzanite stone is perfectly complemented by two halfmoon diamonds which are accented by two tapered baguette cut diamonds. Certified by the GIA as natural. Oval and Cushion cut are usually the normal shapes for a stone like this because those shapes yield the most weight and depth of color. We have never seen a square or emerald cut Tanzanite with this depth of color. The ring was designed in the Art Deco style by the Peter Suchy Workshop to show off the stunning beauty and size of this gemstone. Normally we would not have a tanzanite certified by the GIA but because of the size and color, we wanted to verify that it was natural and not man made.
