Beautiful raised wire solid 14k yellow gold ring set with a row of well cut fine white diamonds surrounding a very unique and unusual center stone. Gemologically this stone tests out to be Quartz. The color is purple but with a high concentration of red in a very deep color tone. The stone seems to change colors under different lights. We are positive about the gemological nature of the stone. Simply put, we have a very unique somewhat two color unusual Amethyst ring. Excellent condition, no repairs or defects. 16 round diamonds approx. total weight .45cts. 1 oval Amethyst approx. total weight 1.75cts. Stamped: 14k. 4.7 grams. 19/32 x ½ inch. Size 6 ¼ and sizeable.
